All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications and colours  may vary slightly.  All prices shown on our website include 20% VAT and all prices stated are for online purchases only, instore prices may often vary.  A receipt/invoice will be despatched with all orders.
 
1. Delivery charges & timescales
England, Wales and parts of Scotland have a charge of £3.95 postage for orders under £50.00.   Smaller parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail and larger orders by Parcelforce (which will require a signature on receipt of parcel).
 
Northern Ireland and the following Scotland postcodes (HS1-9, IV1-36, IV40, IV52-54, IV41-49, IV51, IV55, IV56, KA27, KA28, KW1-3, KW5-17, PA20-49, PA62-77, PA60, PA61, PA78, PH42, PH43, PH44, PH17-26, PH30-41, ZE1-3) have a flat charge of £12.50 postage (THIS RATE IS DUE TO THE CHARGES FROM PARCELFORCE).   IF WE ARE ABLE TO SEND YOUR ORDER WITH ROYAL MAIL WE WILL DO SO, WE WILL THEN WEIGH YOUR ORDER AND REFUND THE DIFFERENCE IN POSTAGE IMMEDIATELY.  HOWEVER SOME HEAVIER ITEMS (FILLINGS, FUR FABRIC, CERTAIN MATERIALS) WILL HAVE TO BE SENT WITH PARCELFORCE.
 
This is a UK only website, meaning we do not handle overseas orders directly on our website.  This includes UK offshore islands such as The Channel Islands, The Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man.  Southern Ireland (Eire) is also outwith the scope of this website.  For these and all other parts of the world we will only accept orders by telephone, mail order, email or fax as the postage to these areas is charged solely on weight and size.
 
We aim to ship your order within 48 hours for delivery to you within 2 - 3 working days.  However, sometimes there may be a slight delay, eg items out of stock/sold out.  If there is going to be a delay with your order, you will be contacted and informed as to how long the goods will be.  Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland will take longer due to Parcelforce routings!
 
Orders and enquiries are only processed and dealt with during office hours (9.00am - 5.00pm) Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
 
2. Returns
We cannot exchange or refund any money on items that have been used or opened, or products that have been cut to a specific order. If you have ordered the wrong goods we are happy to exchange them (with proof of purchase) within 28 days as long as the goods are received back in the original condition.  Please note the customer in these instances will have to pay the postage both ways.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
 
3. Your additional rights as a consumer
In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day 'cooling off period' in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase. We are obliged to refund your payment in full within 30 days of your cancellation.
 
4. Collecting instore
We will contact you via email/telephone when your goods are ready for collection.  Orders placed for instore collection on weekends and Bank Holidays will not be processed until the next available working day.
